What’s your background?
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I’m trained in a variety of approaches, including Gottman Level 2 for couples, and have extensive experience with trauma, ADHD, autism, and family systems. As a divorced, remarried mom in a blended family of five kids, I bring both clinical expertise and real-life perspective to my work. I aim to create a supportive, judgment-free space where kids and caregivers feel safe and understood.
